Global Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services

Just Players Agency provides professional creative, strategic and production services. All services constitute intellectual and production-based services and not the sale of goods. The Agency operates under an obligation of reasonable skill and care. [cite: 8, 9, 10, 11]

2. Scope of Services

Services may include strategic consulting, creative direction, photography and video production, advertising campaign development, website and application development, digital content creation and commercial recommendations. Each engagement is governed by a written proposal, agreement or invoice. [cite: 12, 13, 14]

3. Engagement & Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed upon written approval, contract signature, payment of a deposit, or acceptance/payment of an issued invoice. Invoices not disputed within 7 days are deemed accepted in full. [cite: 15, 16, 17]

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed: 50% deposit upon confirmation, 30% during execution, 20% prior to final delivery. Invoices payable within 30 days. The Client may not withhold or set off payment. Late payment may result in statutory interest, recovery costs and suspension of services. [cite: 18, 19, 20]

5. Scope Variations

Modifications outside the agreed scope may impact timelines and trigger additional fees. Additional work requires written confirmation. [cite: 21, 22]

6. Production, Travel & International Assignments

Where travel or on-site execution is required, related expenses including flights, accommodation, logistics and crew costs shall be borne by the Client and agreed in advance. [cite: 23, 24]

7. Deposit, Scheduling & Minimum Commitment

Deposits are non-refundable and secure production capacity and scheduling. Clients must confirm execution dates within 15 calendar days. Delays may result in rescheduling fees and acceleration of outstanding payments. [cite: 25, 26, 27]

8. Milestone Validation

Failure to provide feedback within agreed timelines constitutes approval. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur additional fees. [cite: 29, 30]

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts and materials remain property of the Agency until full payment. Usage rights are granted strictly per agreed scope, duration and territory. [cite: 31, 32, 33]

10. Strategic Advisory Disclaimer

The Agency does not guarantee commercial performance, financial results, campaign metrics, audience growth or platform approval. [cite: 34, 35]

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Cancellation & Postponement

13. Confidentiality

15. Governing Law & International Jurisdiction
